FEMTRAVEL Tanzania was created from a belief that meaningful work begins with listening. With more than 20 years of experience across travel, global health, education, and cross-cultural collaboration, we connect people and organizations with the knowledge, relationships, and opportunities that make lasting impact possible.
Our work is grounded in Tanzania and informed by a global perspective. Whether we are designing a journey, advising a university, supporting a retreat, or partnering with a local initiative, we approach every engagement with care, curiosity, and respect.

Founded by Antje and Julia, FEMTRAVEL Tanzania reflects two careers shaped by travel, international collaboration, women’s health, education, and long-standing relationships in Tanzania.
Together, they combine local insight with an international perspective, helping travelers and partners move beyond surface-level engagement. Their approach is grounded in listening, cultural understanding, and genuine collaboration, creating experiences that are informed, respectful, and deeply meaningful.
